Where Lincoln City meets the sea and we come to relax and play. This large home and studio apartment each have a fabulous panoramic ocean view, less than two hours from Portland. The Lincoln City area offers more stores and things to do than any other beach location. Roads End State Park, Devils Lake, Boiler Bay, Depoe Bay, Newport Aquarium, 65 Factory Outlet Stores, Chinook Winds Casino are just a few close by attractions.

The 1/3 acre private secluded yard features, ample parking, a croquet and a horseshoe pitching court. The large flat lawn areas provide plenty of room for outdoor activities + sun bathing. There is also a roof top sun bathing deck and a very private fenced terrace for dining and barbequing (barbeque supplied, steaks are not). The children can play on the playground size Pirate Ship play structure, complete with slide, swings, crossbars, chin up bars, climbing rope, and sand box. The play ship is fitted with cannon, telescope, and a working flag pole with Pirate flag. The pirate structure is close to the house so you can watch and hear. The children will love this place

Beach access is a short two block walk on a safe, hardly used neighborhood street. At low tides, you can search the rocky tide pools for star fish, shells, and agates. Bring your rod and surf fish for perch and cod, or swim and wade in the surf. Abundant driftwood allows for cozy romantic beach fires.

SEA HAVEN (SLEEPS UP TO 16)

Back at Sea Haven are four bedrooms with sleeping for 16 in 5 doubles, 4 singles, and a king bed. A VCR and 3 Tv's with cable so you can break into groups (adults, kids, teens) and watch your favorite shows.
Sea Haven is in north Lincoln City in the Roads End area, close to the Chinook Winds Casino and Lakeside Golf Course. This spacious property and home is ideal for Large families with children, reunions, and multifamily vacations.

SNUG HARBOR (Sleeps up to 6)

Snug Harbor is a studio apartment in the Daylight Basement level of Sea Haven. Two parking places are reserved for Snug Harbor tenants. The ocean view is spectacular. The two sleeping alcoves have four twins and one king. Full kitchen, bath and private entrance make this unit just right for a single family or a couple looking for a private cozy retreat.
For large gatherings ( sleep up to 22 ) take both units and open the inside stairway door.
